MATERIALS


STONE

Tastefully shaped tuffite monolith, dating back 230 million years in the Triassic period in the Ladinic stage, from volcanic ash deposits in a water environment. Place of origin: Framont stream in the municipality of Agordo, Belluno, Italy.

WOOD

Large cherry-wood table cut into large planks, conserved, sanded, treated by the Japanese shou-sugi-ban technique, and treated with beeswax.

METAL

Antique handmade nail tips manufactured in Forno Di Zoldo until the 1950s, Belluno, Italy, used in timber roof trusses. Reclaimed during building renovation works in the Feltre area, Belluno, Italy; polished, and treated with boiled linseed oil.

GLASS

Custom-made murrine glass by Glassmade workshop in Limana, Belluno Italy.
