MATERIALS
WOOD
Designer chair in steamed beechwood, purchased at Spazio 900, Z.I. Paludi, Pieve d'Alpago Belluno, Italy; stripped, sanded, and treated with beeswax.
FABRIC
Originating from a traditional hemp sheet used in the Belluno region until the 1960s; sewn to measure by the seamstress’ shop run by Mrs Irina in Can di Cesiomaggiore, Belluno, Italy. The pattern was obtained by using dry leaves and fabric dyes.
FEATURES
Designed in conjunction with the lamp “letture autunnali 3-16” for a reading corner. Removable pillow cover, washable at low temperature. Foam rubber filling. The chair can be disassembled into five parts.

MATERIALS
STONE
Tastefully shaped Flysch monolith from Belluno, originating from the Ardo stream, Limana, Belluno, Italy, dating back 45 million years, in a marine environment from alternating deposits of several materials suspended in water (turbidity currents) and originating from submarine landslides detached from the continental slope. Leaves have been engraved, painted, and printed by hand.
METAL
Steel (base) from steelwork production scraps (Lentiai, Belluno, Italy); welded, brushed, and treated with boiled linseed oil. Copper and brass (stem) from plumbing scraps. Acetylene welded. Aluminium sieve (lampshade) used until the 1970s to filter milk.
RUBBER
Scraps from shoe soles manufacturing (artisanal shoemaker’s workshop Fontana Emiliano Lentiai, Belluno, Italy).
LIGHTING SYSTEM
Traditional bulb with foot switch.

Designed in conjunction with the rocking chair STON; LETTURE AUTUNNALI 2-16 for a reading corner. Flexible arm, can be moved to different positions. Extendable stem. Can be disassembled into three parts. Rubber base.
