Bottom parts of barrels (early 20th Century) reclaimed from an old cellar in Pedavena, Belluno, Italy; brushed and treated with beeswax.

METAL

Antique handmade nails; they were manufactured in Forno Di Zoldo until the 1950s, and used in timber roof trusses. Reclaimed during renovation works in the Feltre area. Clock’s hand from a steeple, reclaimed in Codenzano, Alpago. Blacksmith pliers from Pellegrin workshop in Menin, Cesiomaggiore, active until the 1970s; tumbled, welded, polished, and treated with boiled linseed oil. All metal parts originate from locations in the Belluno province (Italy).
